AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI2,1 AiMENDINIG
TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.16, SECTION 18.16.040,
OF THE ANAHET-14 11UNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIP! DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.16, Section 18.16.040, of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended, by add-
ing thereto Subparagraph (6), reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.16.040 CONDI`T'IONAL BUILDIivGS, STRUCTURES,
AND USES.
(6) Beekeeping
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheir:. Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approvers and signed by me
this 3rd day of April 1973.
