3140ORDINANCE NO. 3140 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. _62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the Citv Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting_ a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Those portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 10 of the Golden State Tract as per map recorded in book 4 pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, together with that portion of Lot 11, Block "K`' of the Kraemer Tract, as per map recorded in book 12 pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, all in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the southerly terminus of the course having a length of 190.46 feet and a bearing of North 650 00' 17" West as described in Parcel 1 of the Deed to the State of California recorded June 11, 1964 in book 7083 page 49, Official Records, said point being also the most southerly corner of Parcel 1 of Relinquishment No. 557 recorded August 29, 1968 in book 8706 page 3 of -1- 61-62-69(57) Official Records, a radial to said point being North 21° 19' 31" East, thence along the southeasterly line of said parcel North 350 22' 32" East 280.83 feet; thence North 41° 51' 27" East 193.95 feet to the most easterly corner of said parcel, said, point being on the Westerly line of Parcel 3 of Relinquishment No. 693, recorded July 2, 1969 in book. 9010 page 698 of Official Records; thence along the boundary of said parcel the following courses and distances: South 73° 54' 04°' East 36.11 feet, South 521 37' 47" East 168.67 feet, North 49° 20' 47" East 60.00 feet, north 280 40' 40" West 168.67 feet, North 5° 0' 02" West 38.58 feet, North 53° 25' 071' East 116.62 feet, North 62° 31' 32" East 356.28 feet to the most easterly corner of said parcel; thence South 5° 21' 31" West 224.09 feet to the beginning of a curve concave northerly, having a radius of 597.00 feet, a radial to said point bears South 84° 33' 29" East; thence southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly 1104.13 feet along said curve through a central angle of 105° 58' 00" to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFRO-14 Lot 3. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in i;-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirer:lents of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant wore: shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be bald at the time the _property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approver= by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of computability of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situate:, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 6th day of March 19 73 STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
