AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAIIEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
REhATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 72R-570 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the Citv Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changinr, the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township
Zi South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to the
followina conditions:
1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along Brookhurst Street and Crescent Avenue as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and speci-
fications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage ageas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the
Director of Public Works.

3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from
adjacent properties.
4. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
5. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1, provided
that the location of the proposed buildings in relation to the
Crescent Storm Drain conduit and the Carbon Creek Channel conduit
shall be approved by the Orange County Flood Control District
and further provided that a six-foot high decorative masonry wall
shall be constructed along the northerly 238 feet of the westerly
property line.
6. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning liap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set fortxz, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
