AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM? REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 3129 AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO YARDS AND
BUILDING SETBACKS IN ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANIAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3129 amending Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Sections 18.13.030(c-1), 18.18.030(2), 18.20.030(1)
and 18.24.030(1) shall remain in full force and effect as they
were prior to Ordinance No. 3129.
SECTION 3.
The City Council hereby declares that this Ordinance
is necessary as an emergency measure for the immediate preserva-
tion of the public peace, health and safety. The reasons for
the urgency of this ordinance are as follows: Ordinance No. 3129
amends certain sections of the Anaheiatn zlunicinal Code relating
to setbacks in yards and buildings in zones and contains pro-
visions which fail to provide proper open space requirements for
residential structures, and such provisions, after careful con-
sideration, do not carry out the intent of the City Council and
would injure the citizens of Anaheim if allowel- to become law
and must be repealed immediately.
SECTION? 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim: Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and immediately upon its pass"aP iL
