3130ORDINANCE NO. 3130 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 72R-397 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The East 431 feet of that portion of the south half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said South half, and running thence Westerly along the North line of said South half, 1320.31 feet, more or less, to the West line of said South half; thence Southerly along said West line, 206.59 feet, more or less, to the North line of Tract No. 2295, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 62, page 7 and 8, Miscellaneous Maps, records of. said Orange County; thence Easterly along said North line and the Easterly extension thereof 1320.31 feet, more or less, to the East line of said South half; thence Northerly along said East line, 206.59 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. -1- now is COUNTY OF ORANGE 100-C-1-10,000 COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 3. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the west property line. 4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent residences. 5. That a parcel map to record the approved division of subject property be submitted to and approved by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. 6. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -lighting of a maximum height of six feet, which lighting shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 7. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 8. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer. 9. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 30th day of January f 19 73 I 71OR OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ATTEST: STATE OF CA-LIFORNIA } COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
