A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF ~HE CITY

WHt~EAS, on February 13, 1990, the City Council of the city of
Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 90R-51 creating Personnel Rule 32, Paid
Leave Program, and througll inadvertence and error, Section 32.04 of said
Personnel Rule 32 contained a typographical error which created
conflicting information; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to amend Resolution No. 90R-51 nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, 5I~EBORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 32.04 of Personnel Rule 32 as set forth in Resolution
No. 90R-51 be amended nunc pro tune to read as follows:
"32.04 Upon completion of nineteen (19) years of continuous,
full-time service, such e~ployees shall accrue paid leave at
the rate of 14.75 hours for each complete biweekly pay
period (383.5 ho~rs or 15.9792 shifts per year)."
BE IT FORTHt~ RESOLVED that, except to the extent amended herein,
R~solution No. 90R-51 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Ark-J~eim this 19th .day of March, 1991.
