3105ORDINANCE NO. 3105
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-164 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NO11, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 4 of the Travis Tract, County of
Orange, State of California,, as shown on a map thereof_
recorded in Book 5, page 120, -Tvliscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Douglass
Street as conveyed to the County of Orange by deed
recorded October 7, 1926, in Book 682, page 109, Deeds,
records of said Orange County, said point being located
564.47 feet North 0° 04' 3V West from the intersection
of said center line with the center line of patella
Avenue running thence worth 0° 04' 30" West 179.00 feet
along the center line of said Douglass Street; thence
South 89° 32' 10" East 350.00 feet; thence South 01 04'
30" East 179.00 feet; thence North 89° 32' 1V West
350.00 feet to the point of beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and
that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM 141-1,
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
69-70-43(2)
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on .file in the Office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owner of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area, as
required by the Director of Public Utilities, at the
time the property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning dap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above descried shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anazein Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
