AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING '"ITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 72R-487 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOT -7, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the North-
east Annexation No. 3 to said City certified by the
Secretary of State, July 10, 1964, and the Lakeview-
Orangethorpe Annexation to said City certified by the
Secretary of State April 26, 1969, said point of begin-
ning being in the southwest corner of the land described
in deed recorded May 4, 1960, in Book 5225, page 495,
Official Records of said Orange County, said point of
beginning being N 3° 53' 09" E, 25.05 feet from the center-
line of Orangethorpe Avenue; thence leaving said Northeast
Annexation No. 3 Annexation boundary and following along
a portion of said Lakeview-Orangethorpe Annexation boundary
the following courses S 30 53' 09" W, 50.10 feet, N 82°
24' 33" W, 538 feet, more or less, to an intersection with
the southerly prolongation of the northerly portion of the
westerly line of the land shown on a Record of Survey filed
in Book 89, page 29, Record of Surveys, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence leaving

the last mentioned City of Anaheim Annexation boundary
along said prolongation and westerly line and northerly
line of the land shown on the last mentioned Record of
Survey, the following courses and distances: N 30 10' 40"
W, 250 feet, more or less; N 30 10' 40 W, 549.09 feet;
S 850 26' 06" E, 656.76 feet to an intersection with the
existing City limit line of the City of Anaheim, as estab-
lished by the aforementioned Northeast Annexation No. 3
to the City of Anaheim, said point of intersection being
a point in the westerly line of the land described in the
aforementioned deed recorded in said Book 5225, page 495;
thence S 5° 28' 00" W, 784.71 feet along a portion of
said annexation boundary also being a portion of the
westerly line of the land described in the last mentioned
deed to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and Al(0)
AGRICULTURAL IN OIL DISTRICT, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in the City of Anaheim R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE,
unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the. City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
