T'HE CITY COUNCIL OF T 1E CITIY OF DOES FLIID TefAT:
1411E EAS, the City Council dick., by resolution, determine
that certain areas in the City should be approved for development
as a planned. corLT,,L city in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
18.57 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendations of the Ci-�y
Planning Comx.iission in conjunction with the approval for develop-
ment as a planned community, determine the change of zones of
properties within such planned community should be made in accord-
ance with the approved "zoning_ plait or eleraent" of the planned
community; and
WHEREAS, all conditions which are required by the pro-
visions of Chapter 13.57 of the Anaheim Municipal Code together
with the additional conditions of the City Council's resolution
approving a ulannedL community have been complied with; and
WHERE. S, the property hereinafter described together
with the zoning designated for such property is in accordance with.
the "zoning plan or element" duly adopted in conjunction with the
approval of the planned community development.
NOW, THEREFORE, TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAITV AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
All that certain lard situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Tract Flap 8515 as shown in book 378 page(s) 14-17
of Miscellaneous maps on file in the office of the
recorder of Orange County, Calif.
AND

Tract 11ap 8516 as shown in book 377 page(s) 48-50
of iliscellaneous maps on file in the office of the
recorder of Orange County, Calif.,
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDEiTI2`�L/AGi<ICL-;LTURAL ZU'��,,L and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "R111-2400" RESIDENTIAL, MUL`'IPLE-
FA.T%IILY ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning idap shall be, anc the sane is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning neap to be added
to the City Zoning flap showing the changes hereby approved an, -'-I
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, aablished an& cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall -take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDI1ANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of December ,
1977.
