AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-445 determining that a change or
changes i the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lots 4 and 5 of Tract No. 658, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map re-
corded in Book 20 Page 36 of Miscellaneous 14aps, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
Except that portion thereof as granted to the State
of California by deed recorded July 11, 1955 in Book
3133 Page 19, Official Records.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CL"" COD01ERCIAL, LIi4ITED ZONE, sub-
ject to the following conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub-
lic Works
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and_ charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to comaencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in
a manner satisfactory -to the City Engineer.
SECTIO'N 2.
The City Zoning lulap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the Property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said Ci -'L -_v
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage o--,'-' this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
