AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
SECTION 1.08.065 TO ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO A SPECIAL CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 1, Chapter 1.08 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 1.08.065 to read as follows:
"SECTION 1.08.065 CIVIC CENTER SPECIAL
CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND.
A Civic Center Special Capital Outlay Fund
is hereby created. The City Council may
authorize deposits in such fund as it may
determine necessary into the Civic Center
Special Capital. Outlay Fund from time to
time as may be necessary to finance the
construction of the Anaheim Civic Center."
SECTION 2.
The Civic Center Special Capital Outlay Fund is
created pursuant to the authority of Section 1213 of the
Anaheim City Charter.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to.be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
