AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
NEW SUBSECTION .050 TO TITLE 18, CHAPTER
18.03, SECTION 18.03.050 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That new Subsection .050 be, and the same is
hereby, added to Title 18, Chapter 18.03, Section 18.03.050
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to read as follows:
".050
General Plan Amendments.
In addition to any other method authorized by law,
amendments to the General Plan may be initiated by
the verified application of one or more of the
owners of the subject property or the authorized
agent for said owner(s). Such applications shall
be processed in accordance with the same procedures
as specified in this chapter for zoning reclassi-
fications. A filing fee in an amount established
by resolution of the City Council shall be paid
upon the filing of each such application."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of November , 19 77 .
