3787ORDINA :CE NO. 3787 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI Z ArdEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEI-1 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 73R-523 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1_ That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing -the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lot 1 of Tract 1851, as per map recorded in book 56, page 26, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the westerly 20 feet of said land as conveyed to the County of Orange by deed recorded June 30, 1970 in book 9332 page 453, Official Records of said Orange County, now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "CL" C011NIERCIAL, LII%IITED ZONE, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Brookhurst Street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. -1- 73-74-9(8) 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub- lic Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re- quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along all boundaries separating CL and RS -7200 properties. 5. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from, adjacent properties. 6. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down - lighting of a maximum height of six feet, which lighting shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 7. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the Planning Department and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with six-inch high concrete curbs, and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces. 8. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer. 9. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, above- mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Prap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of November ► 1977. 4AYQ OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM: ATTEST: % CITY CLERK OF /T -R-1 CITY OF ANAHEIM JLW : fm -3- STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
