600R-433 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set 1 -forth, after duly, noticed hearings and receipt of the report
and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF T.NAHEI2,1
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOI-7S:
SECTION 1.
That. Title 18 of the Anaheim 1-1uniciDal Code relatin'�,:
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bv changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheir,-,.,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lots 7 and 21 in Block B, 1?.roeger's Subdivision o -j1-'
Vineyard, Lot D-1, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a iL-,ap
thereof recorded in Book 5, Page 34, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
AND
Lots 5 and 6 in Block "B" of Kroeger's Subdivision
of Vineyard Lot I'D -111, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per 114ap
recorded in Book 5, Page 34, L"liscellaneous ',-'.a-os,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.

changed to and incorporated in "CL" CO.ILTIERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
-1- 67-68-100 (3)
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Work's.
2. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered froo, adjacent residential
homes.
3. That all external lighting shall be directed downward
and away from abutting parcels.
4. That anv structures which are converted from residential
to commercial uses shall be brought up to the minimum standards of
the Uniform Building, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, as adopted by
the City of Anaheim, for commercial buildings.
SECTIO?y 2.
The City Zoning ".ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Cits� Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning rap to be- adde(:
to the City Zoning --.lap showing the changes hereby aaprovec and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in saiCl City, and thirty (30) days from and after i-L:s
final cassage, it shall tale effect and be in y=u11 force.
T11HE FOREGOING 013MINIANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of November
1977.
