AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3767, NUNC PRO
TUNC.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of September, 1977,
the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 3767 relating to
conditional use permits; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical
error one of the code sections purportedly repealed and
readopted by said ordinance was Section 18.48.015.050
when in fact, said number should have been Section
18.46.015.040; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention
to correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3767 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by deleting the Section number 1118.48.015.050"
therefrom, wherever said Section number appears therein, and
substituting in its place and stead the Section number
"18.48.015.04.0."
SECTION 2.
In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 3767 shall
remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
itsfinalpassage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of
November s 1977.
