A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION - GENERAL UNIT.
WHEREAS, on February 26, 1991, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 91R-49 approving a Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, General Unit; and
WHEREAS, the Labor Relations Director met and conferred
with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit to discuss
specific concerns relative to amending Article 17 and Appendix
"A", Wages of said Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated August 1, 1991,
between the parties has been prepared and signed amending
Article 17 and Appendix "A", Wages of the current Memorandum of
Understanding, said amendment to be effective August 30, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
approve said Letter of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated August 1,
1991, between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, copies of which are
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, are
approved and said Memorandum of Understanding is hereby amended
in accordance with the terms of said Letter of Understanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of September,
1991.

The city of ANAHEIM, hereinafter referred to as "ANAHEIM", and
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,

conferring, have reached an understanding to revise Article 17,
Salary Relationships and Appendix "A" Wages, to delete the
classification of Graphic Artist, and to change the salary
relationship for Assistant Reprographics Mail Supervisor, as
follows:
