RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Aid?AKEI''-? DOES FIND
THAT:
'gHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No.PC77-187 determining that a chanr,e or chances in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and
receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been cor:-
alied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN? AS FOLLO"I
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim 7unicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 13 by adoptin7
a sectional zoning; map or maps showing such change or chanr,es
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the South 5 acres of the East
half of the Southeast auarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11
'Fest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a
map recorded in book 51, pare 11 of ?`Miscellaneous
`'aps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Parcel 3, as shown on a map filed in book 45,
page 12 of Parcel 74aps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Oran;�e County.
now is "CG" COMMERCIAL, GENFRAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in "R7-1200" RESITEiiTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY
ZO117F, subject to the following; conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file Taith the Office of the
Director of Public T3orks.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged
as reauired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department prior to co= enceT� en of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
4.That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -
lieu fees, as determined to be appropriate by the City Council,
said fees to be paid at the tim6 the building permit is issued.
6. That appropriate water assessment fees, as
determined by the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid
to the City of Anaheim prior to the issuance o-"' a building. permit.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning ^ap shall be, and the sane is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from.
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zonin "'ap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adooted.
SECTIO?
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of
October , 1977.

and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular.meeting of said City
Council held on the 18th day of October, 1977, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 3776 on the 18th day of October, 1977.
