A RESOL~ION OF THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF ~EIM
APPROVING THE TE~S ~D CONDITIONS OF ~ AGRE~ENT TO
P~C~SE PROPERTY ~D ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED THERETO

~EREAS, the City is in need of certain property for
the widening of the State College/Orangewood Critical Inter-
section Project; and
~ER~S, said property has been appraised and an offer
made to the owner for the purchase of the property; and
~ER~S, the owner of the property has agreed to sell
the property to the City and has signed an agreement to sell the
property to the City; and
~ER~S, it is in the best interest of the city to
purchase said property in accordance with the tens of the
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that:
1. The terms and conditions of the agreement to
purchase the property be, and they are hereby,
approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said purchase
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
3. The Senior Real Property Agent is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of
Anaheim, such escrow instructions and related
documents as may be necessary to implement the
terms and conditions of the agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOL~ION is approved and adopted
~ the city Council of the city of Anaheim this 10th day of
September, 1991.
