13.48.020.070 of Chapter 18.48, Title 10, be, anz the same are
hereby, added to the Anaheim Hunicipal Code to read as follows:
"Bingo establishments for which a permit is obtainea'
and maintained pursuant to Chapter 7.34 hereof."
SECTi0j 5. SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of -this c1 -1, -1P -
ter of the Code, hereby adopted, be jeclarej for any reason to le
invalid, it is the intent of the COMM that it wouij have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalij.
SECTION 6.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance sand shall cause the same to be printed once within fiftaen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, prints&, published ant circulated in saW'
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect an be in full force.
