3755ORDINANCE NO. 3755 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 68R-438 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lots 8 and 9 and the Westerly 18.75 feet of lot 7 in the City of Anaheim, in Block "A" of Kroeger's Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-1, as per map recorded in book 5 page 34 of Miscellaneous 'Zaps, in the office of the county recorder of said county, now is "R14-1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "CL" C0124ERCIAL, LIMITED Z0'1E, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homes. -1- ATTY-28 67-68-100(2) 3. That all external lighting shall be directed downward and away from abutting parcels. 4. That any structures which are converted from residential to commercial uses shall be brought up to the minimum standards of the Uniform Building, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, as adopted by the City of Anaheim, for commercial buildings. SECTION]' 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be adder: to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
