3742ORDINANCE NO. '3742 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 62R-135 and__61P-63A determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 43 of Hazard's Subdivision as shown on a I4ap filed in book 1, page 26 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County recorder of Orange County, California, lying Southeasterly of the Soutieasterly line of that certain strip of land 100.00 feet wide described in deed to the Riverside, Santa Ana and Los Angeles Railway Com- pany recorded June 4, 1887 in book 239, page 27 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, together with that portion of dedicated roadway ly- ing Southerly of and adjoining the Southerly line of said portion of Lot 43, kno,an as Coronado Street, said portion being 30.00 feet in width, of ich por- tion was abandoned and vacated by :Q esolution of the City of Anaheim., recorded April 29, 1975, in boot -1- ATTY-28 61-62-69(79) 11389, page 216 of Official Records. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying Southwesterly of the Northeasterly lineofthe land described in the Final Order of Condemnation recorded April 1, 1970 in book 9253, page 735 of Official Rec- ords of said Orange County. now is "RS -A- 3,000" RE'SIDE.-ivTI2-NL/AGRICU-LTUPP-L ZONE and that it be chanced to and incorporated in "1-:L" LI' I11= IliDUSTRIAL :IJO111E u - on the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, s4dewall's, street grading an& paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand- ard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owner of subject property shall install street lic-hting as required by the Utilities Director P-.-:ce-ot whentheUtilities Director s1 -.all permit the payment of stree"t lightinq fees in the amount- of $2.00 per front foot ­ 3. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
