AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-299 and 76R-65 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a
Parcel Map filed in Book 86, Page 19, of
Parcel Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county.
now is "ML" LIMITED IPJDUSTRIAL ZOA1E, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject
to the following conditions:
1. That fire hydrants shall be installed and
charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief
of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structural
framing.

2. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from
adjacent properties.
3. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the
Director of Public Works.
5. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3
and 4 (Revision No. 2) and Exhibits Nos. 5, 6 and 7 (Revision
No. 1); provided, however, that the number and location of
curb drive accesses from subject property to adjacent public
streets and highways shall be submitted to the Traffic Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Zap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional tonin map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim 3ulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINAI4CE is approved and signed by me

meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of July, 1977, by the

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved and
