3715ORDINANCE NO. 3715 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFI14 AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 77R-324 determining that a change or changes ' the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The North 67.00 feet of the East 180.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as the Northwest quarter of said Section is indicated on a map filed in Book 1, page 56 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County. now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions: -1- ATTY-28 76-77-43 1. That appropriate water assessment fees, as determined by the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid to the City of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
