AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 7IR-126determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the
County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing
City limit line of the City of Anaheim as
established in the Anaheim Hills No. 6
Annexation to said City, said point of begin-
ning being in the westerly terminus of the
course described as West 1,410.00 feet in
said Anaheim Hills No. 6 Annexation; thence
following along a portion of the annexation
boundary line established in the last
mentioned annexation, the following courses
and distances: N 27° 50' 00" W, 1,060.00

feet; S 65° 30' 00" W, 1,830 feet, more or
less; S 89° 00' 00" W, 400 feet, more or less,
to the southeasterly corner of the Anaheim
Hills No. 7 Annexation boundary line; thence
leaving the aforementioned Anaheim Hills No. 6
Annexation boundary line and following along
the southerly line of said Anaheim Hills No. 7
Annexation S 89° 00' 00" W, 576 feet, more or
less, to the southwest corner of said Anaheim
Hills No. 7 Annexation boundary, said southwest
corner also being the most southeast corner of
the Anaheim Hills No. 3 Annexation to the City
of Anaheim; thence leaving said Anaheim Hills
No. 7 Annexation boundary line and following
along a portion of the southerly annexation
boundary line of said Anaheim Hills No. 3, the
following courses and distances: S 890 00' 00"
W, 1,784 feet, more or less; South 530 feet;
West 310.00 feet to the northeast corner of the
Anaheim Hills No. 17 Annexation boundary to the
City of Anaheim; thence leaving said Anaheim
Hills No. 3 Annexation boundary line and follow-
ing along a portion of the Anaheim Hills No. 17
Annexation boundary line, the following courses
and distances:
S 00 25' 00" W, 400 feet; West 500.00 feet to the
southwest corner of said Anaheim Hills No. 17
Annexation boundary, said southwest corner also
being a point in the easterly annexation
boundary line of the Yorba Annexation to the City
of Anaheim; thence leaving said Anaheim Hills
No. 17 Annexation boundary line and following
along a portion of said Yorba Annexation boundary
line S 01 41' 14" W, 15 feet; thence leaving
said Yorba Annexation boundary line S 390 49' 00"
E, 755 feet; thence East 540.00 feet; thence N
720 45' 00" E, 1383.00 feet; thence N 371 27' 20"
E, 691.34 feet; thence North 590.00 feet; thence
N 890 00' 00" E, 572.00 feet; thence S 00 33' 46"
E, 1341 feet, more or less, to an angle point in
the northwesterly line of Parcel 1 of the Right -
of -Way Easement to Southern California Edison
Company as described in deed recorded December 23,
1968 in Book 8824, page 19, Official Records,
said point being the southwesterly terminus of
the course described therein as "N 690 05' 2611 E,
1209.96 feet"; thence along said northwesterly
line N 690 05' 26" E, 1209.96 feet and N 720 24'
32" E, 2587 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with the aforementioned Anaheim Hills No. 6
Annexation boundary line of the City of Anaheim

as established by said Anaheim Hills No. 6
Annexation, said point of intersection being
distant East 1112.12 feet from the point of
beginning; thence West 1112.12 feet along a
portion of the last mentioned Anaheim Hills
No. 6 Annexation boundary line to the point of
beginning.
now is County of Orange A 1, GENERAL, AGRICULTURAL ZONE,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in the City of
Anaheim "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE,
unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
