3710ORDINANCE NO. 3710 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: THE WESTERLY 215.50 FEET OF THAT PORTION OF LOT 14 IN BLOCK. 36 OF THE YORBA LINDA TRACT, 1N THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A ijj_bP THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOM 5 PAGES 17 AND 10 OF lISCEL- LANEOUS IMAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDED. OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 14, 340 FEET WESTERLY FRO14 THE SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY - LINE OF SAID LOT, 130 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 431 FEET, MORE -1- ATTY-28 70-71-47(19) OR LESS, TO THE WESTERLY LINES THEREOF; THENCE SOUTH- ERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST COR- NER THEREOF; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET OF SAID PRE101ISES FOR ROAD PURPOSES. now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "1,11," LIMITED, INDUSTRIAL ZONE, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with the standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City .Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. What the owners of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed. 3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. -2- 4. That subject property shall be served with underground utilities. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Tap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded fror'z the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning 1,1ap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
