AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI11'1
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3652, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO CONFLICTS IN ZONING.
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 1977,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Ordinance No. 3652 pertaining, in part, to conflicts in
zoning; and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 3652
through inadvertence and clerical error purported to
amend Section 18.02.050.015 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
when, in fact, said number should have read Section
18.02.052.015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention
to correct said clerical error, nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3652 be, and the same is
hereby, amended, nunc pro tune, by deleting Section 1
therefrom and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"18.02.052.015
In the event of a conflict between this Chapter
and Chapter 8.08 and/or Chapter 8.20, the
provisions of this Chapter shall be superior."
SECTION 2.
That, except as hereinabove amended, Ordinance
No. 3652 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
