No. 1394 amending the zoning classification for certain -i:)ro-p-'e-rtv
in the City subject to certain conditions specified therein; and
WHEREMS, on 17 -larch 29, 1977, the Planning Co fission,
by Resolution No. PC77-72, recornn&ended -to the 'City Council that -
Condition No. 1 of said Ordinance No. 1394 be deleted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the public
interest and welfare to delete Condition !'o. 1 of ordinance i',To.
1394 as recon ufended by the Planning Co�Lmdssion,
NOW, ThE.RJEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O'F T.dTA-k7tjEI_-;'T
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance ,To. 1394 be,, and the same is
amended by deleting Condition No. 1 therefrom.
SECTTON 2 -
That, except to the e:ftent herein amended, said. Ordinance
No. -1394 shall remain and be in full force and ef.'act.
