3695ORDINANCE NO. 3695
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.30, SECTION 4.30.010 and
CHAPTER 4.31, SECTION 4.31.070 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIGURE MODEL STUDIOS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 4, Chapter 4.30, Section 4.30.010 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
114.30.010 EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES -
IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
It is unlawful for the following persons to
engage in the following employment activities
without possessing a valid identification card as
Drovided herein:
.010 Any person whose employment duties require
him to enter any real property or structures (devoted
to nonresidential purposes) when such entry occurs at
any time in which the premises are not open for
business and when the entry is for the purpose of
cleaning or maintaining the real property or structures;
.020 Any person whose employment duties require
the serving or dispensing of alcoholic beverages at
any location having any type of on -sale license to
sell alcoholic beverages pursuant to law; and
.030 Any person whose employment duties require
the person to perform the duties of a model or who is
engaged in the business of modeling."
SECTION 2.
That Title 4, Chapter 4.31, Section 4.31.070 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
114.31.070 IDENTIFICATION REQUIREIr;ENTS
The applicant, manager and all employees
shall conform to those requirements set forth in
Chapter 4.30 of the Anaheim ivlunicipal Code concerning
identification cards. Changes in personnel shall be
reported to the City License Collector within five
(5) days after said changes are made."

SECTION 3.
SEVERABILITY. The City Council of the City of Anaheim
hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence or
word of this chapter of the Code hereby adopted be declared for
any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that
it would have passed all other portions of this chapter indepen-
dent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be
declared invalid.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
