AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHTI11 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-608 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The east half of the south half of the southwest-
quarter
outhwestquarter of the southwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the City o�:
Anaheia=i, County of Orange, State of California, as
said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51
Page 11 of Plliscellaneous idaps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
Except therefrom the west 3 acres thereof.
Also except therefrom that portion thereof as con-
veyed to Vandruff homes, Inc., a corporation, by
deed recorded -March 10, 1955, in 3oo,� X990 Page
359 of Official Records.

changed to and incorporated in "RI -1-4000" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of -the Director of
Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined t -o be necessary by t1qe Chief of t1he Fire
Department urior to corLv(vliencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That a six-foot high masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north, west and east property lines, as stipulated -L-o by
the petitioner.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be displosed of

in a manner satisfactory, to -Eie City Encrineer.

6. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as
determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
iDaid at the time the building permit is issued.
7. That subject propert-y shall be developed substantially
in accordance with Plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Mos. 1 through 3.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning IHap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded frona
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning 1�ap, as amendedf is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Cler'K shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days a -.'L -ter its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirtv (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
