AN ORDINAI7CE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM INMEND-
ING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.12, SECTION 1.12.050
OF THE ANAtiEITT MUNICIPAL CODE RELATI:tiG TO
OPENING BIDS ON PUBLIC PROJECTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEII'i DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 11 Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.050, Subsection
.050 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"1.12.050 BIDS ON PUBLIC PROJECTS - PROCEDURE
FOR OPENING.
.050 The representative of the department to
whom the bids are referred for tabulation
shall report all bids and the tabulation
of all bids to the City Council for their
consideration at a meeting which shall be
no later than their second subsequent regu-
lar or adjourned regular meeting after said
bids are opened."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the pa.ssaye of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final Massage, it
shall 'sake effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of-Ap-ri1 , 1977.
