AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 181% CHAPTER 18.05, SECTION 18.05.074 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO
NEW SUBSECTION .030 TO REQUIRE FEES FOR FLAG
AND BANNER PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.05, Section 18.05.074 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended by adding thereto Subsection .030 to read as follows:
18.05.074 FLAGS AND BANNERS
".030 For each and every permit issued
pursuant to this Section, there shall be paid
to the Zoning Division of the Planning Department
a permit fee of such amount as established by
Resolution of the City Council."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March , 1977.
