AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APMENDING
TITLE 43 CHAPTER 4.02, OF THE ANAHEIM ^MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING THERETO NEW SECTION 4.02.055
TO REQUIRE FEES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 4, Chapter 4.02 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto
Section 4.02.055 to read as follows:
"SECTION 4.02.055 PERMI^1 FEES
For each and every permit issued pursuant
to this Chapter, there shall be paid to the
Zoning Division of the Planning Department a
permit fee of such amount as established by
resolution of the City Council."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March 1977.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved and
signed said Ordinance No. 3672 on the 29th day of March, 1977.
