AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING SECTIONS 18.4.2.020 AND 18.42.060 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 18.42.020 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.42.020 PER4ITTED PRIMARY USES AND
STRUCTURES
Subject to the provisions of this zone, neighborhood
convenience retail stores and service businesses,
either singly or in combination, may be conducted in
this zone as provided herein, excepting when said
site is located within the Scenic Corridor Overlay
(SC) Zone, all provisions of such overlay zone
shall apply in addition to the provisions of this
Chapter."
SECTION 2
That Section 18.42.060 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.42.060 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
The following standards, in addition to those stand-
ards specified in Chapter 18.04. 'SITE DEVELOPMENT
STANDARDS - GENERAL' and Section 18.42.025 'LIMITA-
TIONS ON PEP14ITTED USES AND STRUCTURES,' shall apply:"
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
