AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAiiFINI AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-95 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point of begin-
ning being in the southeast corner of the Omega -
Winston Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence
leaving said City limit line S 891 45' 36" E, 737
feet, more or less, along a line parallel with
and 20 feet southerly of the centerline of Winston
Road to an intersection with the Rancho Santiago
de Santa Ana Rancho line as described in the deed
recorded in Book 10974, page 56, Official Records;
thence N 400 54' 01" E, 550 feet, more or less,
along said Rancho line to an intersection with
the westerly prolongation of the centerline of
former Taft Avenue; thence S 89° 32' 37" .E, 564.32
feet along said Prolongation to an intersection
with the westerly right of way line of the Orange
Freeway, as shown on Orange County Plan No. 9765;
thence following along the westerly right of way
line as shown on said pian, the following courses
-1- 74-75-20(1)
and distances: S 171 00' 58" W, 390.02 feet;
S 190 57' 44" W, 369.13 feet; S 21" 03' 36" W,
594.86 feet to an intersection with the northerly
right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad;
thence S 760 19' 04" W, 1162.66 feet along the
northerly right of way line of said railroad to
the most northeasterly corner of -the Placentia and
Cerritos Annexation boundary line to the City of
Anaheim; thence S 761 19' 04" W, 124.32 feet along
a portion of the northerly annexation boundary
line of said Placentia and Cerritos Annexation,
also being the northerly right of way line of said
Southern Pacific Railroad right of way line to an
intersection with the easterly annexation boundary
line of the aforesaid Winston Road No. 1 Annexa-
tion to the City of Anaheim; thence leaving said
Placentia and Cerritos Annexation boundary line
and following along the easterly annexation bound-
ary line of said Winston Road No. 1 Annexation
N 00 14' 24" E, 1,166 feet, more or less, to the
northeast corner of said Winston Road No. 1 Annexa-
tion, said northeast corner being a point in the
southerly annexation boundary line of the aforemen-
tioned Omega -Winston Annexation; thence leaving
said Winston Road No.lAnnexation boundary and fol-
lowing along a portion of the southerly annexation
boundary of said Omega -Winston Annexation S 890 45'
36" E, 42 feet, more or less, to the point of begin-
ning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL, DIS`i'RICT and
that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIi-I
"RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after i=Cs
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
