AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 72R_11 determining that a change or
changes'in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 2
That portion of the South half of the southwest
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 Test, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, lying westerly of
the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said
Section 13, easterly 464.20 feet from the southwest
corner of said Section 13; thence North 660.18 feet
along a line parallel with the West line of said

Section 13, to the North line of the South half of
the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of
said Section 13.
EXCEPT the northerly 329.52.feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the southerly 235.52 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the easterly 142.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof described in a deed
to the State of California recorded August 23, 1951,
in book 2220, page 436 of Official Records.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the sidewalks shall be installed on Parcel 2,
along Beach Boulevard, as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer.
2. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
3. That Conditions Nos. 1 and 2, above-mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning
inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City. Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

on the 28th day of December, 1976, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
4th day of January, 1977, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Ordinance No. 3641 on the 4th day of January, 1977.
