A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND /OR
FACILITIES (Tract Map No. 1374 - Andrew
Homes)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore
been irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Deerwood Drive
2_ Public utility facilities located within Deerwood
Dr.
all as shown on that Tract Map No.13745 recorded as Instrument
No.89- 399927 in Book 635, Page 46 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
