AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3632, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3632 was adopted by the City
Council on December 7, 1976; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error
Tract No. 9136 was omitted from the legal description; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention
to correct said clerical error nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance No. 3632 be, and the same is
hereby, amended nunc pro tune, by adding to the legal
description Tract No. 9136 to read as follows:
"Proposed Tract No. 9136 being a subdivision of that
portion of said land described as follows:
Beginning at a point distant South 38°,46' 30" East
132.13 feet from an angle point in the Southerly
line of Tract No. 9133, as shown on a map recorded
in book 374, pages 8 through 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, said angle point
being the intersection of the Southerly lines of
Rimwood Drive and Leafwood Drive as shown on said
map, and running thence 'South 43° .03' 47" West 197.19
feet; thence South 33° 04' 12" West 51.00 feet; thence
South 20° 22' 35" West 112.65 feet; thence South
00 West 64.00 feet; thence South 7'.13'
.35" East 118.50 feet; thence South 54'.,00' 00" West
45.00 feet; thence South 20* 16' 55" West 83.36 feet;
thence North 72° 38' 40" West 110.00 feet; thence
South 59°.23' 27" west 90.84 feet; thence North 76°
00' 31" West 177.38 feet to a point in the Westerly
boundary of said land shown on said Parcel Map; thence
North 13°.36' 20" West, along said Westerly boundary,
614.50 feet to the centerline of Serrano Ave. as shown
on said Parcel Map; thence North 76° 23' 40" East,
along said centerline, 168.78 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius
of 1000.00 feet; continuing thence Northerly, along
said centerline through a central angle of 23'..09'
16" an arc distance of 404.12 feet to the most Westerly
corner of said Tract No. 9133; thence along the South-
westerly line of said tract, the following courses and
distances: South 36".,45' 46" East 38.00 feet to the
beginning of a non -tangent curve concave southerly
having a radius of 18.00 feet, a radial line at said
point bears South 36":45' 46" East; thence Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 87°-59'
16" an arc distance of 27.64 .feet; thence South 38
46'.30" East, along the Southwesterly line of said
Tract and along its Southeasterly prolongation,
288.78 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance
No. 3632 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION3
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this. Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed
once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed
