2458ORDINANCE NO. 2458 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIP1 AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE A14AHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: KHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 66R-739 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made I as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEII'll DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 13 of the Anaheim ilunicipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The East 96.00 feet of the West 426.00 feet of the Horth 396.00 feet of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, of the San Bernardino Base and _Aieridian. i,ow is R -L, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporate -a' in R-3, 1�IULTIPLE-FIUIIILY RESIDENTIAL ZON'r], upon the following conditions; 1. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from, adjacent residential Ldential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheii-ii the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park, and recreation purposes, said amount to be pai,_` at the time the building permit is issued. SECTION 2.
