OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF Total
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND /OR Rec. Fees
FACILITIES (Tract Map No. 12854 - Morgan D.T.T.

WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore
been irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
Those certain facilities and rights -of -way shown on
Tract No. 12854 including:
1. The domestic water system and appurtenances as

shown on the improvement plans for this tract.
2.
The electrical facilities and appurtenances as
shown on the improvement plans for this tract.
3.
Montgomery Way, a private street, as an easement
for public utilities and public utility
maintenance purposes.
4.
The 9 -foot wide easement for public utility
purposes.
5.
Cerro Vista Drive, Lakeview Avenue and Santa Ana
Canyon Road.
6.
The easement for hiking and equestrian trails as
shown on said map.
