AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2091 --
Series 1965--66 ir. Reclassification No, 65-66-123, re-
commending
emcommen ing inn :i!7.enudment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereor. in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zonae or zones, and 3.ter having received evidence
and reports from persons interested thereinand
WHEREAS," said City Plann,,irg Commission did make find-
ings anal summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution-, and
WHEREAS, upon. receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary ci evi.e(ence and recc,mmer dation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 2r day of

hearing upon said proposed amendment tc Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner an.d as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code-, and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons :interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there=
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adore Resolution(s) NCLI ,
finding a id doterm_Lr.ing that `1i le 18� aheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said z:; or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and

of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zonae or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE;; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
