AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBERED 2449
AND 2450.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

WHEREAS, the City Council did on November 28, 1967
adopt Ordinances numbered 2449 and 2450 in Reclassification
Proceedings 61-62-69 and 65-66-24, respectively, changing the
properties described in said ordinances from R -A, AGRICULTURAL
ZONE to M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to certain con-
ditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that certain condi-
tions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the adoption of said ordinances reclassifying said properties,
all of which conditions and requirements had not been complied
with prior to the adoption of said ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinances numbered 2449 and 2450 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings 61-62-69 and 65-66-24, respectively, be,
and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of December 19 67 ,

a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on
the 5th day of December, 1967, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 12th day
of December, 1967, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Chandler and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2455 on the 12th day of December,
1967.
