2450ORDINANCE NO. 2450 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF X`dAHEIM APINIDING TITLE 18 OF THE AvAHEIr1 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AN1UiEIM DOES FIND THAT: i1HER.EAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 65R-660 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be rade as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied :with as to the property hereinafter described. NOtv', , THEREFORE, THE CITY COUINCIL OF THE CITY OF AiNAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SEC^LION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 4, Tounship 4 South, Range 9 West, of the San Bernardino 1leridian, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, according to an official plat of said land, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said section; thence East 1980.00 feet; thence South 339.90 feet parallel with the west line of said section; thence tlest 1980.00 feet parallel with the north line of said section to said west line; thence North 339.90 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the West 5.00 acres thereof. now is R -A, AGRICULTURZL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor- dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. -1- 65-66-24(5) 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City.Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
