AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SECTION 14.32.181, RELATING TO MONTHLY
PARKING ON CITY -OWNED PARKING LOTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is her6py amended by adding thereto Section
14.32.181 reading as follows:'
"SECTION 14.32.181 CITY PARKING LOTS --PERMIT PARKING
ONLY.
"The following designated city -owned parking lots shall
be limited to parking by permit only: Lot #2 - south
side of Chartres Street between Lemon Street and Anaheim
Boulevard; Lot #8 - southwest corner of Emily and Chartres
Streets; Lot #9 - southeast corner of Chestnut and Helena
Streets; Lot #11 - northwest corner of Lemon Street and
Broadway. It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to
park on any of the designated parking lots without dis-
playing the appropriate permit sticker. The rates to be
charged for said permits and the administration thereof
shall be established from time to time by the City Council
by resolution.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of November , 1967.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2.1st day
of November, 1967, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Chandler and
Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2447 on the 21st day of November,
1967.
