WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 66R--310 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones creinafter mentioned and described should
be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings
and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Coaunission and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have 'Ogen com-
plied with as to the =property hereinafter descried.
NOW, ThEREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1.
That Title lis of the Anaheim 111unicipal Code relating

boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 10 by adopting
a sectional zoning :hap or rmaps showing such change or changes
as follows:

iowing conditions
1. That all engineering require..zents of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewali:s, street gracing and
paving, drainage facilities, or other al)purtenant work.,
shall be complied with as required by tie City Engineer
and in accoru.ance wit. -i standard plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That trasii storage areas siiall be provided in accordance
with approveu plans on file in the Office of tie Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural con.--
formance with tine structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning=iap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zoric or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Iiap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning i,dap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once witzin
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it sizall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 14th clay of November , 19 67 .

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 7th day of November, 1967, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
14th day of November, 1967, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Chandler and
Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2443 on the 14th day of November,
1967.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
