AI4 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 13 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 66R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re-
ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIki DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim idunicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 13 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The north 203.00 feet of the west 207.00 feet of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section
21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-R, COIU4ERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.

3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural -conform-
ance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
J The City Zoning ii.,ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluders from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning 11.1ap as amended is Ilereby adopted, and -the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning inap to be added
to the City Zoning .111-i'ap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTIOIv 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to ire printed once within
fifteen (15) days,-af-ter,,its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and ti'lirty (30) days from and after

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2439 on the 14th day of November,
1967.
