2438ORDINANCE NO. 2438
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.52, SECTION
4.52.090 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l:
That Title 4, Chapter 4.52, Section 4.52.090 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 4.52.090 PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS --
NO SOLICITING ON CITY -OWNED OR
OPERATED FACILITIES.
"It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle or
solicit in or upon the grounds of any stadium,
convention center, City hall, City park, police
station, fire station, library or any other similar
facility owned or operated by the City of Anaheim;
provided, however, that this section does not apply
to any person who has obtained written consent of
the City of Anaheim to so peddle or solicit."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of November , 1967

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 31st day of October, 1967, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th
day of November, 1967, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Chandler and
Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2438 on the 7th day of November,
1967.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Anaheim, this 7th day of November,
1967.
