91-251 RESOLUTION NO. 91R - 251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR
FACILITIES (Parcel Map 89-239)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore
been irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the city of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Portions of Lewis Street and Cerritos Ave.
2. A 5-foot wide public utility easement
3. A water line easement
all as shown on that Parcel Map 89-239 recorded in Book 251,
Pages 33 through 36 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
city Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of August, 1991.
