AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. PC66-65
in Reclassification No. 66-�7-15 , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 4th day of
October , 19 66 , as the time, and the Council in
the City Hail—of tie C ty of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s)6R-6
finding and determining that Title 18 oche A01naheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-639
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the southwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 test, in the rancho Los Coyotes, as per snap
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of iscellaneous,aps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
Beginning at a point on the t,'est line of said Section?
South 00 10' 30`° west 1019.96 feet from the west quarter
corner of said section; thence South 00 10' 301° west 133.65
feet: thence South 890 49' 30" East 92.00 feet; thence
southeasterly 39.35 feet along a curve tangent to a line
parallel with said West line, concave northeasterly and having
a radius of 25.00 feet; through an angle of 900 10' 30
thence East 139.84 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
northwesterly having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence north-
easterly 32.18 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 360 52' 12" to the beginning of a reverse curve
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence easterly 78.54 feet
along said curve through an angle of 900 00' 00"; thence
East 10.09 feet to the gest line of the land described in
the deed to Eastland Savings and Loan !association, recorded
July 23, 1962 in Book 6186, page 318 of Official records;
thence north 00 10' 15" East along said:'fest line to a line
parallel with the North line of said southwest quarter that
passes through the point of beginning; thence ;est to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPT the West 92.00 feet thereof.
now is R -A, r,GRICUL^1URAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMNL' RCIAL ZONE, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That conversion of the existing structure on
subject property shall be in conforrlance with the Uniform
Building Code, as adopted by the City of J'Ir�aheim, for commercial
structures, and said conversion shall be completed prior to
final building and zoning inspections.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets, and the sound
buffered from adjacent residential homes, prior to final build-
ing and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning "ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
anu made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning iap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning -:rap
to be added to the City Zcning crap showing the changes hereb-

approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
