AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF 2WAHEI1r.
AI•.Xt,NDING TITLE 13 OF THE Ai1AHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZOI:WING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI MT DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, , the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. PC67-88
in Reclassification No. 66-67-61 recomraending an
amendment to Title 18 of OT(e Anaheim Municipal Code and a change
or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing there-
on in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports
from persons interested therein; and
WPEI;EAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set fortiz in said resolution; and
1411EREAS , upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recor.LTendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 31st day of
Iay 1967 , as the time, and the Council Chai ber in
tt-ie City Fall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Punicipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim IIunicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recomuaendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 67R-310
finding and determining that Title -19- of the Anaheim T.unicip�'- al '-
Code should be arlended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
:TIIEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WdHLREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been cor<<plied with as to the
property hereinafter described.

DOES O.DAIN AS FOLLOT-IS :
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim 3.11unicipa.l Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South,

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street gracing ing
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant worn,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property
is developed.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Hap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning 2 -lap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning 1lap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, -published and

circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in "Lull force.
