AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
MIENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40,
SECTION 14.40.050 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SPEED
LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.050 of
the Anaheim 'Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 13, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.050 THIRTY MILES PER HOUR -- STREETS
"13. R014NEYA DRIVE, between Harbor Boulevard and
Lemon Street."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk sizall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of October , 1967.

on the 3rd day of October, 1967, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
10th day of October, 1967, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Chandler and
Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2429 on the 10th day of October,
1967.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of October,1967.
